Candlewood Suites Springfield North, an IHG Hotel

I was in Springfield on business and stayed 4 week straight minus weekends. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Noise was minimal. The only problem was the shower heads. You could not adjust to different positions. Would use this hotel again

Great hotel. They also have a lending locker and a bookshelf behind the desk, where you can let them know, "hey I want this", and they will write down. However my only downfall they do not accept locals. That being said standard rooms average $125 a night and includes, full fridge ,Studio rooms, with dishwasher, plates, silverware, toaster, and other fun stuff. $145 a night, gives you these extras, king size bed in a extra room, pull out couch. customer service is top notch, front desk, does what needs to be done. However I do have to shout out to John, he is great and a down to earth person. A excellent employee for candlewood. Makes the stay worth while!!! Update..... Found out 2 months later, from John, who was cool at the time, that there was a complaint against us, from housekeeping. Such B.S. never encountered housekeeping while we were there. So even though staff may be nice, just beware. As after your stay you might not be able to come back.

Was very happy with the room. Amenities in the room were nice but would prefer a k-cup coffee maker. Bathroom and shower were fine and well stocked with dove soap and shampoo. Bed was comfortable. Full size refrigerator with full size microwave, sink and dish washer. Two burners for making your own food. Staff was nice and helpful. Customer laundry that is free to use. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel looks really nice upon arrival. It's very clean and nicely decorated in the lobby. The front desk clerk was very kind and helpful. Our room was clean, smelled fresh, and bed linens were clean. Plenty of towels, soap, and extras provided. Bathroom was clean as well and fully stocked. My only complaint is the curtains are not big enough to block light from coming in the window. Made it difficult to sleep! However the bed and pillows were comfortable. While they don't offer breakfast they did put out fresh fruit and granola bars in the morning which was nice. Overall a good place to stay and I would stay again in the future.

This place is the best extended stay i have stayed at. I stayed here while looking for an apartment in the area. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. They provide dishes for guests to use and if you want to use a crock pot or waffle iron you can sign them out at the front desk. The washers and dryers are free for the guests. I would stay here again.

First glance, they fenced in the property, the parking lot is clean and a few handicap parking for people like me. The trolley are right inside the door for luggage move. The staff is helpful and friendly. Free coffee is at the small pantry but it is stocked with other items in vending machines. Rooms are clean and spacious. Would recommend.

Very nice hotel. Room had a fullsize refridgerator, stove and Microwave. All were clean. Very roomy with a firm bed and lots of pillows. Kendall checked me in and she is a great ambassador for the hotel

Mega friendly staff at the front desk! Very handy and convenient market in the lobby. Well appointed bathroom and kitchen. I could crank down the A/C as much as I wanted. Bed was very comfy. Immediate area isn’t perfect but I’d stay here again.
